1. MUST USE ASA BATS OR DUAL STAMP BATS ONLY.
2. BALLS MUST BE .52 CORE 300 AND MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. (Teams are to provide their own balls. We will have balls available to purchase for $6.00 each at the tournament)
3. Plate and mat are a strike.
4. 1&1 count no grace.
5. 1 hour time limit on all games.
6. One courtesy runner per inning. Can be anyone on the roster as long as the runner does not come up to bat.
7. No player re-entry (if a person is removed from the game to be replaced with someone who has not played, the person removed will not be allowed to re-enter the game.
8. Mercy rule is 20 runs after 4, 15 after 5, and 10 after 6.
9. No quick pitch.
10. Pitcher must have a foot on the mound at release of the ball.
11. Infield fly rule will be in effect with one out.
12. Home run limit is 3 per team per game for all divisions. All home runs after 3, the batter is out.
13. No time limit for championship games.
14. Must have at least 8 players to start a game.
15. No stealing bases.
16. No new inning will start in a game if there is 5 minutes or less left on the hour time limit (excludes championship games).
17. In the event of a tie game, the last out will be on second base with 2 outs.
18. Profanity and unruly behavior towards other teams or UMPIRES will not be tolerated. May result in ejection from the game being played. Any physical altercations will result in ejection from the tournament.
19. No alcohol on the field.
20. No upper can play on a lower team and vice versa.
