There are 3 options for entering this tournament and the Mar 17/18 tournament the previous weekend. Option 1 - enter just one of them. Option 2 - enter the first one and if it cancels then you are automatically entered in the 2nd one. Option 3 - enter both for $650, 8U - $450. No Friday games and no gate fees. This tournament is unsanctioned, NSA rules will apply. There is no entry form so just email, facebook message, or call/text 618-838-6334 with your team info to reserve a spot. Mail and make out payment to Shawn Sanders, 816 E. Cherry St., Olney, IL 62450. Payments must be received 1 month prior to hold your spot. All teams must provide a copy of their travel softball insurance and turn in the ‘Official Team Roster and Coaches Agreement’ form found on the facebook page before being allowed to play. Format will be 2 pool play and double elimination with a consolation game if needed. All divisions are 5gg, 8U is $250, 10U/12U/14U are $350. Individual trophies for 1st, individual trophies for 2nd if 6 or more teams. All games in 10U/12U/14U will be 70 min or 6 inn max. Any inning started will get finished unless the home team is winning. Pool games can end in a tie. Most answers can be found on the facebook page but feel free to call or text Shawn at 618-838-6334 with any questions. ********** 8U - All 8U games will be 65 min or 6 inn max. 5 runs max per inning except the last inning will be 10 runs for both teams. If the 5th inn starts after 55 min it will be announced as the last inn. If the 5th inn is started before 55 min then the 6th inn will be the last inn and played regardless of time. Mercy rule is 16 after 4 inn, 11 after 5 inn or anytime in the 6th inn.
