We will once again be offering a full summer schedule of event for girl’s fastpitch teams of all skill levels. A few event details: • Last year over 600 teams attended several events from more than 14 states and 3 Canadian provinces! • OUR EVENTS ARE ALL OPEN TO ALL TEAMS, THERE IS NO SANCTIONING REQUIREMENT FOR ANY OF OUR EVENTS. • Tired of events that do no field maintenance? We prep our fields during the day! • Tired of events that cancel due to a "chance of rain"? We have the equipment to deal with mother nature. Historically we've had to cancel less than 3% of scheduled games! (and typically that doesn't involve shortening them and having teams play 5 on Sunday). • 80 minute games, finish the inning. We NEVER play drop dead. • Come play as many as 8-10 games a weekend. • Tournament will be set up in a north/south format. This means that teams from northern states (MA, CT, NH, ME, NY, Canada, etc.) will be paired against teams from Southern states (MD, VA, DE, WV, PA, OH, etc.). It allows your team to play against teams outside your area, or wouldn’t typically have the opportunity to play • Tournament is set up such that teams of all ability levels will be competitive for championship round play. Top seeds will play each other in a gold bracket, bottom in a silver, etc. • We gave out nearly 200 sets of team and individual trophies last year - that's about 1 out of 3.5 teams (way more than average). • Tournaments are played over a 2-day weekend except 8 game events (3 day). • We promise not to 'fee' you to death - no gate fees, parking fees, no umpire fees before each game, roster/sanctioning fee, patch requirements, ID cards, add/drops, etc. • Late starts are available to teams traveling. All tournaments are pool play into 2-game elimination. No Friday starts unless 3-day tournament. • Several area attractions are available in the immediate area, including Hersheypark, a great family destination. Discounted tickets are available. • Vendors on site, including helmet airbrushing, tournament photography, and tournament shirts. • 3-day events are a cost effective way to play in a national level event, without the cost/vacation time necessary for a national. • We have a hotel/area events coordinator that can help you plan your stay.
