- Entry Fee: $150 per team
- Open to class D, E, rec. league, and church teams, Resident or Non-Resident
- Guaranteed 4 games
- Payout 1st - $600, 2nd - $500, 3rd - $400, 4th - $300, 5th - $200 (based on 16 team field
- Payouts increase with field increase
- Players must be 18 and older
- Entries due by: Friday, April 25th at 4:30 p.m.
- Entries may be turned in to the Recreation
