** Reference to tournament Entry Fee**
When is the last time you have been to a really nice softball tournament? Well in the Pensacola, FL area its been awhile. Don't know why. You see more of these small little 5-6 team tournament teams everywhere. Well we are looking to change that with this tournament. Looking to have vendors on hand for many different things. Giving winners several hundreds of dollars or even more in shirts, bats and other apparel. You don't get that at the weekend small tournament. We want this to be an event that you can come and bring your family to relax enjoy the area and have a good time and enjoy playing ball vs. playing the same old teams every weekend. In order to have nice things it cost a little more to get things done. So please take in consideration of the below items that have to be paid for usually upfront.
-Tournament Field Rental with Lights $$$
-ASA Certified Umpires $$$
-Grounds Crew $$$
-Tournament Special Event Liability Insurance $$$
-Score Keepers $$$
-Hired Hands $$$
-Advertising $$$
-Tournament T-Shirts (usually eat about half of that
-Tournament Trophies
-Tournament Memorabilia
-Tournament Fee's and Dues based on Association
-Deposits for this and that up front
* Those are just a few of the cost that have to be taken care of to have a nice tournament. We are looking to have a 20 team turn out with several teams already committed.
* Also note that ASA Co-ed on has 3 classes:
Class A Major
Class A
Class B
-not like mens classing with C,D,E,
We look forward to you participating in our event and see you on the ball field.
